HSUPA

AT&T Turns on HSUPA on Handsets

Many have speculated that AT&T was capping upload speeds by turning off HSUPA on their smartphones and in entire markets. AT&T says it was a software issue and not their policy. But even if they are finally turning HSUPA on with new phone shipments, they continue to have high data connection failure rate and low average data speeds.
